- How long does delivery take?
Delivery to all parts of UAE will take up to 3 working days
- How long does it take for your products to come back in stock?
Unfortunately we do not re-stock our previous collections. However we will start to re-introduce our popular designs in the near future inshaAllah. Also we do receive returns from time to time so do keep a look out to see if your design comes back in stock.
- Can I reserve an item?
You can order or reserve an item by calling (00971) 503089090 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Please make sure to have the name or design code of the items you would like to order/reserve and the preferred size/s.
- Do you do custom sizing?
We do not do custom sizing on our current range of Jilbabs or Abayas but they do come in over 14 different sizes making sure that there is a perfect fit for sisters of all sizes. We will be looking to introduce larger fits in regions where there is a demand.
- How do I work out what size I am?
It's easy to work out your size. We have created a size chart that is easy to read and follow. Click Here to view our size chart. - How much does it cost to return a product to you?

- How long does it take to process returns?
It can take up to 3 working days to process returns once we have received them
- Can I address my order to my friends/ family and keep my address for billing?
- What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept cash payments. Purchases can be made via phone and our courier will collect payment at the point of delivering your order. You will also be given a receipt and a return slip.
- How long does it take for my money to be returned to my account once you have processed my refund?
Returned items are collected by courier and if you have requested a full or partial refund that will be processed by the courier at the point of collection.
- Will I receive confirmation once my order has been dispatched?
- I accidentally ordered the wrong item, what should I do now?
Not a problem. Simply call us on (00971) 503089090 and arrange for a collection and mention that you would like and exchange, our customer service personnel will help process your request completely. Oh! If you believe your order hasn’t been dispatched yet please do call us and check and maybe we can correct it before it leaves our dispatch centre.
